Whats your favorite food PRE and POST workout?

I'm a big fan of coconut water, vita-coco is the best brand ive found as a post capoeira treat.
I tend to snack on trail mix 2 hours before class.

ANyone else care to share their food habits?

i love making a smoothie with 2 bananas, acai juice, protein power, and some ice about an hr or two before capoeira class.

and i know its bad but a half hr before doing capoeira (classes or demos) i'll have 2 shots of expesso lol
Before class I enjoy fried plaintain and juice. After class I enjoy any food (capoeira makes me SO hungry), and I tend to crave Gatorade.
