don't compare angola and regional... it can create many misunderstandings and big discussions...

Facts are today:
Angoleiro will say: Angola is angola and not regional
Regional will say: Angola is regional played slowly and low like a slower benguela

My advice to you Lisa...
Depend on just yourself and don't look for others opinions, look if there is any Angola group near where you live and visit class, maybe one, two, three times depending on how you like it and on the rules of the teacher there about those who visit...
Find out yourself if there is anything you have seen you want to integrate on your capoeira, if you like something integrate it...
In the end we only are seeking our own way to be, our own capoeira, our way of expression, so if you want to "incorporate" how you say it, do it, because it won't be incorporating, it will be you and your way to be, your capoeira .(^-^)/

hmm well I'm probably not the best person to answer only training Angola for 7 month now. . . but i will ask how often have you trained at a capoeira angola school?
