- Hello, im Risadinha, i started capoeira around the begining of April 2009 and havent stopped training since. Since i started capoeira i have lost over 50 lbs and my asthma has gotten so much better. Im very thankful that i have capoeira in my life, not just b/c of health reason but i gained an awesome family with my group. Besides capoeira im trying to learn ASL and i rescuse kittens that my friends and I find , we take care of them until we find them homes.

no stress, I mean you reply, I could look at it in another way, for someone who is learning a brasilian art and learning how the brasilian time management works, then you were real fast with the reply.
I see how you got the apelido, interesting. Risadinha is more like "little smile" translated, or "cute smile", since you a woman I bet the second translation fits more or was meant when they gave you the apelido.
Well thanks for sharing and good luck in finding your capoeira.
I myself can't train at the moment, I have to work alot... It's april and I have allready over 100 hours extra time...
