hey Jordan, I'm glad you did. Keep in mind the book were written a few hundred years ago so the translation is rough. BUT!! the lesson they teach is most important because you can apply at to capoeira and other arts as well and you'll get the meaning...as the quote goes..."You've won the battle before you even fought" focus your chi!!!!
